Shipping

1. Shopping cart
Select your items and click on the “Add to cart” button.
Review your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart.
If everything is alright, click on ”Proceed to checkout” to proceed with your order.

2. Delivery & costs
We only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourd, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Purtugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Enter your address details. If you want to deliver your order to different address, check the box “Ship to a different address?” and fill in the details.

The shipping costs are € 6,75

4. Payment
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or iDEAL.

4. Check
This is the last step before finalising your order. Check the order details and if everything looks good, click “Place order”.

5. Delivery
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client’s costs. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days from receiving your order.

You can open the package and check the contents. Returns will only be accepted when the products are unused and in the original packaging all labels still attached.

Please note: we do not cover the return costs.
